The former employer of triple murder suspect Kyle Clifford has distanced itself from him following his arrest in connection with the Bushey killings.
Clifford, 26, was found by Herts police in the Enfield area of north London last night (July 10), following a manhunt involving police helicopters, dogs, and armed units.
Officers were called to a property in Ashlyn Close, Bushey, just before 7pm on Tuesday, alongside the East of England Ambulance Service, and found three women with serious injuries on arrival.
"Despite their best efforts” the women sadly died at the scene.
The victims have been named as Carol Hunt, the 61-year-old wife of BBC 5 Live racing commentator John Hunt and two of their daughters, Louise, 25, and Hannah, 28.
Clifford's former employer, fire and security installation company Amthal, has said no contact has been made with Kyle Clifford since he left his job last year.
The business, based in Executive Park off Hatfield Road, said: “Kyle Clifford was employed from February 22, 2023 to July 20, 2023.
"Since he departed from Amthal in July 2023, we have had no further communication with Mr Clifford.”
Detective Inspector Justine Jenkins said: “Following extensive enquiries, the suspect has been located and nobody else is being sought in connection with the investigation at this time.
“We have had an overwhelming number of calls and would like to express our gratitude to the members of the public who have contacted us.
