St Albans Magistrates Court results – April 30 

Adrian Muresan: 54, of Colnbank Drive, Watford. On March 26, 2023, drove a Mitsubishi ASX on London Road, Bushey at 40mph when the speed limit is 30mph. Fined £253 plus ordered to pay victim services £202 and court costs £90. Driving record endorsed with 3 points. 

Christopher Hill: 34, of Briar Road, Watford. On June 23, 2023, drove a BMW on M25 junction 23-22 Potters Bar at 91mph when the speed limit is 70mph. Fined £307 plus ordered to pay victim services £123 and court costs £90. Driving record endorsed with 4 points.

Aruna Samani: 58, of Fearnley Street, Watford. On May 16, 2023, drove a Mercedes on the M1 between junction 7-6A Redbourn at 101mph when the speed limit is 70mph. Fined £180 plus ordered to pay victim services £72 and court costs £90. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 94 days. 

Paul Warren: 44 of Pudding Lane, Hemel Hempstead. On June 21, 2023, drove a Nissan Qashqai on Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead at 37mph when the speed limit is 30mph. Fined £276 plus ordered to pay victim services £110 and court costs £90. Driving record endorsed with 3 points. 

Stevenage Magistrates Court results – May 2 

Mark Lambie: 41, of Latimer Road, Luton. On May 4, 2023, drove a Peugeot 208 on Grace Way, Stevenage at 71mph when the speed limit is 30mph. Fined £461 plus ordered to pay victim services £184 and court costs £110. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 3 months. 

Hatfield Magistrates Court results – May 3  

Nasir Hanif: 47, of Blandford Road, St Albans. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by West and Central Hertfordshire on September 13, 2023, by failing to attend planned office appointments. Order to continue. Fined £60. 

Hatfield Magistrates Court results – May 4 

Johnathan Veness: 29, of Goldsmith Way, St Albans. Failed to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment by failing to attend planned office appointments. Committed to prison for 7 days.
