Plans have been submitted for a new secure storage compound at St Albans Telephone Exchange on Liverpool Road.
The compound would be situated on existing hardstanding that is currently used for parking.

2. Old Raisins Farm, Harpenden
An application has been resubmitted for the installation of a solar panels at Old Raisins Farm, Holly Lane, Harpenden.
The panels would supply green energy for use at the owner's family property.

3. Butlers Farm, St Albans
Permission is being sought for external alterations and the re-cladding of elevations at a vacant agricultural building in Butlers Farm, Hogg End Lane, St Albans.
If permitted, the building's usage would also be changed to storage and distribution, and class E commercial uses.

4. Frogmore, St Albans
Plans for Façade alterations at 4b and 4c Frogmore, St Albans, have been submitted to the council's planning committee.
These alterations include render and a ground floor window on the south east elevation. A front window would also be replaced with a reinstated door.

5. Kinsbourne Green, Harpenden
An application has been made to demolish an existing dwelling at Greenhaven, The Common, Kinsbourne Green, Harpenden.
Three detached dwellings with garages would be constructed in its place.
