Plans have been submitted for an existing home in Chiswell Green to be replaced with a three-storey property.

The application, for 27 Tippendell Lane, was validated by St Albans City & District Council's planning committee last Monday (March 11).

A two-storey home currently sits on the site, featuring a lounge, dining room, conservatory, kitchen and four bedrooms.
