A Luton man - who pleaded guilty to stealing items to the value of over £800 from shops in St Albans and Harpenden - has been ordered not to approach or enter the stores.

Elton Bierman, 47, appeared at St Albans Magistrates' Court yesterday (Thursday, February 1) where he was remanded on conditional bail, with the condition of not entering or approaching Morrisons in St Albans or the Co-op in Harpenden.
