A man has been charged following an assault in Hemel Hempstead that left one of the victims suffering from facial injuries.
George Mallaburn, 30, of Maylands Avenue in Hemel Hempstead, was arrested in connection with the incident, before being charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm without intent and assaulting a person thereby occasioning them actual bodily harm.
He appeared at Hatfield Magistrates’ Court yesterday (January 25), where he pleaded guilty to both charges and will be sentenced at a later date.

Police were called following an incident at Hosking Court in Maylands Avenue, between 11.15pm and 11.40pm on Monday, January 22, where two people were assaulted.
One of the victims, a man aged in his 50s, sustained substantial facial injuries.
An investigation was subsequently launched by the Dacorum Local Crime Unit.
