An application for two storeys to be added to a St Albans property, creating two new homes, has been withdrawn.

The plans - which were validated on Tuesday, December 19 - followed a successful application for 115 London Road's usage to be changed from a restaurant to residential.

The site, situated within a conservation area, would have needed to be compatible with the scale, character and appearance of the existing building.
