3. Land Between The River Lea & Palmerston Drive, Wheathampstead

4. Oakwood Primary School, Oakwood Drive, St Albans

A major planning applications seeks approval for the provision of an approximate 20m x 12m multi-use games area, provided with a plain green sports grass and enclosed with a 2m high metal perimeter rebound powder coated finish fencing, including two gates and recessed goal areas. 5. Centurion Club, Hemel Hempstead Road, Hemel Hempstead, Leverstock Green

Herts Advertiser:

An application has been made to create 10 additional holes to the existing 18-hole golf course.

The land that would be used is heavily wooded, with over 1,800 trees present. A draft proposal would have seen 188,604sqm of the 359,788sqm of woodland at the site removed, equalling 52 per cent in total.
