Fosse House care home in St Albans held an Indian feast for residents, their families and distinguished guests.

Staff members Bibi and Pami organised the meal at the home in Ermine Close on Monday, October 16, and welcomed Deputy Lieutenant of Hertfordshire Harjit Singh and Gurch Randhawa, professor of diversity in public health and director of the Institute for Health Research at the University of Bedfordshire.

The meal helped the home complete a challenge set by owners Quantum Care to help build stronger connections between care homes and their communities.

Fosse House manager Julie Oakley-Reid said:" It was also lovely to welcome our special guests who were an absolute delight and who really helped make the evening a special one."
