A man from Hemel Hempstead is wanted on recall to prison after breaking the rules of his probation.
Daryl Walsh, whose last known address was in the town, also has links to Hatfield and Luton.
Last November, the 30-year-old was one of three men charged with vehicle offences after a string of crimes in Hatfield.
