Stevenage Magistrates Court – March 21 

Iftakhar Rashid: 42, of Biscot Road, Luton. On May 2 drove a Peugeot on M1 between junction 8-9, Redbourn at 99mph when the speed limit is 70mph. Fined £86 plus ordered to pay victim services £34 and court costs £85. Driving record endorsed with 5 points.

Andrew Robinson: 57, of Longcroft, Watford. On June 15 drove a Volkswagen Golf on Eastbury Road, Watford at 36mph when the speed limit is 30mph. Fined £61 plus ordered to pay victim services £34 and court costs £110. Driving record endorsed with 3 points. 

Jerry Lane: 71, of Wall Hall Drive, Aldenham. On August 17 failed to provide information relating to the identification of the driver if a Mini Countryman Cooper who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £461 plus ordered to pay victim services £184 and court costs £110. Driving record endorsed with 6 points. 

Dorothy Thornhill: 67, of Oxhey Road, Watford. On July 10 drove a Ford Fiesta on A411 Hempstead Road, Watford at 37mph when the speed limit is 30mph. Fined £153 plus ordered to pay victim services £61 and court costs £110. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving license for 6 months. 

St Albans Magistrates Court – March 22 

Kara Weekes-Decordova: 41, of Scrubbitts Square, Radlett. On October 1, 2021 drove a Volkswagen at Paddington Green, Shepherds Bush, at 37mph when the speed limit is 30mph. Fined £115 plus ordered to pay court costs £90 and victim services £34. 

St Albans Magistrates Court – March 23 

Kestutis Jursa: 27, of Abbots Park, St Albans. On February 15 drove a e-scooter on Holywell Hill, St Albans when there was no insurance in place to cover the use of the scooter. Fined £440 plus ordered to pay victim services £44 and court costs £350. Driving record endorsed with 8 points. 

St Albans Magistrates Court – March 24 

Romy Amusan: 33, of Mullion Close, Luton. On March 18, 2022 drove a Mercedes GLA on M25 junction24-23 at Shenley at 72mph when the speed limit is 50mph. Fined £285 plus ordered to pay victim services £34 and court costs £110. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 14 days. 

William Saunders: 45, of Watling Street, Park Street. On December 14, 2021, failed to give information relating to the identication of the driver of an Iveco who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £660 plus ordered to pay victim services £66 and court costs £110. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 6 months. 

Rodney Andrew: 55, of Oakleigh Drive, Croxley Green. On June 19 drove a BMW X5 on M1 between junction 8 and 9 Redbourn at 69mph when the speed limit is 60mph. Fined £180 plus ordered to pay victim services £72 and court costs £110. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 6 months. 

St Albans Magistrates Court - March 30 

Peter Keen: 73, of Six Acres, Hemel Hempstead. On May 4, dropped litter outside Mamba Gym, The Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead. Fined £25 plus ordered to pay victim services £34 and court costs £25. 

Stevenage Magistrates Court – March 31 

Mary Cash: 55, of Russell Way, Watford. On July 5 drove a Vauxhall Astra on New Road, Watford when there was no insurance in place to cover the use of the vehicle. Fined £120 plus ordered to pay victim services £48 and court costs £110. Driving record endorsed with 6 points. 

Geraldine Christus: 46, of Armstrong Close, Borehamwood. On June 16 drove a Honda on Shenley Road, Borehamwood while using a mobile phone. Fined £234 plus ordered to pay court costs of £110 and victim services of £98. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving license for 6 months. 

St Albans Magistrates Court – April 4 

Billy Dooley: 31, of Scrubbitts Square, Radlett. Commission of a further offence during the period of a suspended sentence order made by St Albans Magistrates Court on May 11 in that he sent a threatening message. Fined £50. 

Pushpak Chenchuraju: 26, of Oaklands Woods, Hatfield. Complaint for a stalking protection order on the basis that he has carried out acts associated with stalking. Stalking Protection Order made until further order.
