With February half term just around the corner, it can be difficult to find something to do with the children.

1. Paradise Wildlife Park - Broxbourne

2. Willows Activity Farm – St Albans

With farm animals, tractor rides, live children’s shows and plenty of adventure play, Willows Activity Farm is a great day out for half term.

Even if the weather is bad, there are lots of indoor activities too, including Woolly Jumpers play barn, Peter Rabbit’s Cotton-tail Village, Captain Chickens Egg Dodge and under cover JCB Young Drivers Zone.

The park is also putting on a February Frolics half term event, with live lambing, newborn lamb bottle feeding demonstrations and a full day’s programme of fun.

3. Teamworks Karting – Letchworth

Looking for something more competitive for your children this half term? Why not take them for a race at Teamworks Karting.

The indoor track in Letchworth offers plenty of twists and turns for exciting racing, and with family bragging rights up for grabs, there will be guaranteed thrills.

The venue also offers laser tag and racing simulators if going out on the track isn't for you.

4. Gravity Trampoline Park – Stevenage

If you want somewhere for your children to let out their seemingly endless energy, then Gravity Trampoline Park is just the place.

5. Mr Mulligan's Lost World – Stevenage

Stevenage's Leisure Park in also home to Mr Mulligan's Lost World mini golf.

6. Roller City – Welwyn Garden City

Just be aware, that skate sessions only take place at weekends with tickets going on sale on Mondays.

7. Standalone Farm – Letchworth

Opening for their new season on February 13, just in time for half term, Standalone is yet another fun day out for animal lovers.

With daily animal feeding activities, outdoor play and a Love is in Nature Floral Workshop for half term, there is plenty to see and do.
