Welwyn Garden City boss Adam Fisher was full of praise for his team for keeping their eye on the ball after destroying Amersham Town 6-0 on Saturday.
Joel Norris was the hero with a hat-trick, with strike partner Jason Caswell bagging a brace, and Carl Costain also finding the back of the net.
And less than three days after the stunning 10-man extra-time victory in the FA Cup Preliminary Round against Saffron Walden, Fisher was delighted his squad had maintained their focus.
“At the end of the day our bread and butter is the league and we want to get promoted, and I think we have got the squad to do that,” said Fisher.
