A STRIKE by station staff planned for Monday has been cancelled.
The action by rail union RMT over the dismissal of a member of FCC staff was going to disrupt services, particularly those overnight.
But an agreement has been made and the strike has been called off.
A spokesperson for FCC said: "We have reached a mutually satisfactory agreement with the RMT union over the dismissal of a member of FCC staff. Consequently the strike action called by the RMT for Monday 14 September will not take place. We will be operating a normal service on this day.
