DESPAIRING commuters who have suffered months of chaos with First Capital Connect (FCC) turned out in force to vent their anger to the company's bosses. Numerous passengers attended the meet the managers session at St Albans City station to tell the company exactly what they think about the service, which has been severely disrupted in recent months due to a dispute with drivers and the bad weather.
FCC is insisting that services are getting back to normal now that the drivers dispute over pay, which saw them refuse to work overtime or on rest days, has been resolved.
The Herts Advertiser interviewed FCC's new managing director Neal Lawson to answer our readers' questions about the service.
