A FAULTY train put the Abbey Line out of action for around two hours this morning (Friday).
Services were suspended at around 7.20am due to a broken door on one of the carriages.
A replacement unit was dispatched to the scene and the service was up and running again by around 9.15am.
In the interim a replacement bus service was put on for passengers.
A spokesperson for London Midland, which operates the line, apologised to customers for the delays.
