RESIDENTS in St Albans city centre have been invited to a “meet and greet” session being hosted by police officers from the St Peter’s Ward safer neighbourhood team.
Officers will be on hand to offer advice on a range of topics as well as giving out UV pens for property marking at the session, being held at the St Albans Police Station on Monday, September 17, from 4-7pm.
The event offers residents living in the city centre or Clarence Ward the chance to drop in and discuss any issues or concerns they may have.
Safer neighbourhood officer Shaun Woods said: “We hope people will take this opportunity to come along and meet us, even if they don’t have a particular issue or concern. It is a great way to get to know your local officers and find out more about how we work.”
He asked those interested in the session to confirm their attendance by phoning him or PCSO Karen Law at St Albans Police Station on non-emergency number 101.
