The death of a man in a single car collision on the A1(M) motorway has prompted a police appeal for witnesses.
The fatal accident occurred at approximately 11.30am on Saturday (12) at Junction 7 near Stevenage on the northbound A1M. It also left a woman and two children with serious injuries but their condition was described as stable this week.
Pc Andy Ralph from the Collision Investigation Unit, said: “We are doing all we can to find out what caused this collision and I am therefore appealing for anyone who saw the incident take place, or the events leading up to it, to get in contact with the police as soon as possible.”
