Yosra Shaheen: 25, of Partridge Road, St Albans, was fined £75 plus £105 costs after being found in possession of three small bags of cannabis in St Albans on February 28, and a further £75 fine for stealing food worth £15.75 from Marks & Spencer and hair extensions worth £39.99 from Sally’s Salon in St Albans on the same date.
