An inquest has been opened and adjourned by the coroner for Herts following the death of a man at Harpenden station on Monday, September 12.
Robert Preston-Jones, of St Albans, died at the age of 48 at Harpenden Railway Station, after being struck by a train.
Herts Coroner’s Court has listed the provisional cause of his death as multiple traumatic injuries.
The British Transport Police (BTP) attended the fatality along with emergency services.
