Joseph Robb: 23, of Coursers Road, Colney Heath, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was banned from driving for 18 months due to repeat offending after refusing to identify the driver of his Toyota Hiluz when it was alleged to have been guilty of an offence, as required by Herts police between February 13 and March 12 at Stevenage.

Luke Wallis: 26, of Porters Wood, St Albans, was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending, and fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, after speeding at 110mph in a Honda Civic along the 70mph M25 at J21A, Watford, on January 16.

Stephen Bonfield: 54, of Ellis Fields, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for failing to disclose the identity of the motorist driving his Ford Mondeo when it was speeding at 48mph along the 40mph A414 St Albans Road, north-east of Rant Meadow, Hemel Hempstead, on June 2, as required by Herts police at Stevenage on July 11. He was fined a further £220 plus three penalty points for speeding at 38mph in the same vehicle along the 30mph A412 Rickmansworth Road, north-east of Cassiobury Park Avenue, Watford, on June 10.

Anthony Charlton: 31, of Richard Stagg Close, St Albans, was committed to prison for four weeks suspended for six months and ordered to pay £115 towards victim services after stealing alcohol and soft drink worth £97.25 from Tesco in Watford on October 26, and used threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on the same date. He was also committed to prison for four weeks concurrent suspended for six months after making off without paying for food items from St Albans on July 22.

Chloe Leslie: 23, of Watling Street, Radlett, was fined £40 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and awarded three penalty points for driving through a red traffic light signal on the A5183 High Street, Elstree, on April 23.

Samuel Keats: 36, of Cobden Hill, Radlett, was fined £500 plus £85 costs and £50 towards victim services after being found in possession of a quantity of cannabis in Radlett on April 4.

Anthony Tree: 31, of East Lane, Wheathampstead, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £20 towards victim services after being found in possession of a quantity of cocaine in St Albans on July 30.

Mark Alyson: 46, of Newgate Close, St Albans, was ordered to pay £90 compensation after assaulting a man by beating at the Tesco Express in St Brelades Place, St Albans, on September 12, and stealing six packets of steak on the same date, and stealing two bottles of wine from the same store on August 19.

Jarryd Krog: 18, of London Road, Markyate, was banned from driving for a year and fined £120 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after driving a Nissan Micra in Meadway, Harpenden, on October 12, having given a breath specimen of 62mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath.

Natalie Kennedy: 38, of Rodney Avenue, St Albans, was fined £300 plus £750 costs and £30 towards victim services after failing to ensure the correct disposal of waste produce under the Environmental Protection Act 1990, on or about November 11 2016 in St Albans.

Reece Gore: 27, of Pickford Road, Markyate, was given a six month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 towards victim services after resisting a police constable in the execution of his duty, in Herts on September 28.

John Gilmartin: 61, of Bricket Road, St Albans, was ordered to pay £40 compensation after stealing a church donation box from St Saviour’s Church, St Albans, on September 10.

Michael Palmer: 25, of Artisan Crescent, St Albans, was fined £583 plus £100 compensation, £85 costs and £58 towards victim services after using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards a police constable with intent to cause a fear of immediate unlawful violence, in St Peter’s Street, St Albans on September 9.
