Mohammed Rhaiti: of New House Park, St Albans, was fined £120 plus £109.59 vehicle excise back duty after keeping an unlicensed Sea Altea on a public road in Colchester, Essex, on May 24, having previously made a Statutory Off-Road Notification statement.

David Thompson: 45, of Camp Road, St Albans, was committed to prison for six weeks suspended for 12 months, and was ordered to pay £150 compensation and £50 costs after damaging a toughened glass window and breaking a pint glass belonging to Greene King plc in Croxley Green, assaulting a woman by beating, and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used, all on May 22.

Christopher Perrott: 59, of Broomfield, Park Street, was fined £100 plus £30 towards victim services and was awarded three penalty points for driving a Citroen C4 in excess of 70mph along the A1 at Colsterworth on March 4.

Johnathan Blake: 30, of Claggy Road, Kimpton, was fined £600 plus £85 costs and £60 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points after failing to stop following an accident in Bower Heath Lane, near Kimpton Bottom, on May 13, in which his BMW 1 Series caused damage to road furniture.

Nitin Jasani: 69, of Homestead Close, Park Street, was fined £220 plus £30 towards victim services and £85 costs, and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 37mph in a Lexus GS300 along the 30mph A5183 Frogmore, south of Brinsmead, on July 6.

Solomon Manney: 23, of Watson Avenue, St Albans, was fined £53 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points after drivign a Ford Fiesta along St Peter’s Road, St Albans, while using a handheld mobile phone, on July 8.

David Simpson: 53, of Battlers Green Drive, Radlett, was fined £220 plus £30 towards victim services and £85 costs, and was awarded three penalty points after speeding at 40mph in a Mercedes-Benx C Class along the 30mph A4125 Eastbury Road, outside Manning Court, Watford, on July 6.

Keygan Cyrus: 36, of Artisan Crescent, St Albans, was fined £100 plus £30 towards victim services and was awarded three penalty points for speeding in a Ford P100 along the A5183 Park Street, south of Hawfield Gardens, in excess of 30mph on August 17 2016.

John Rees: 43, of Upper Lattimore Road, St Albans, was fined £40 plus £35.20 compensation and £30 costs after he stole alcohol worth £35.20 from Marks & Spencer in St Albans on July 28.

Mark Robson: 47, of Scrubbitts Square, Radlett, was fined £80 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after breaching a criminal behaviour order made by West and Central Herts Magistrates’ Court on November 7, but contacting Andrew Niven at Radlett on December 27.
