Firefighters were called at about 12.05am today to a farm in Sandridgebury Lane, where 900 tonnes of hay are on fire.
Crews from St Albans and Harpenden attended shortly after midnight, with firefighters from Garston, Welwyn Garden City and Borehamwood taking over at 4.30am.
