Tickets are now available for a public Q&A session with Hitchin and Harpenden MP Bim Afolami.
Mr Afolami will be interviewed by BAFTA award-winner and ITV News editor Richard Frediani.
He is responsible for ITV Evening News - Britain’s most-watched daily commercial news programme.
The BAFTAs were won for his coverage of the Morecambe Bay cockle tragedy in 2007 and the murder of soldier Lee Rigby in 2013.
The event is being held at Rothamsted Conference Centre on Friday, February 2 to benefit Harpenden’s A-T Society, and will start with a reception followed by a three-course dinner.
Mr Frediani will ask the 31-year-old MP questions proposed by the audience, which will include local philanthropists and business people.
