TOOLS including a nail gun and a petrol saw have been stolen from a village building site. They were taken from East Lane in Wheathampstead between 5.10pm last Thursday, April 3, and 7.45am on Friday, April 4. A mobile phone and a wallet were also stolen.
TOOLS including a nail gun and a petrol saw have been stolen from a village building site.
They were taken from East Lane in Wheathampstead between 5.10pm last Thursday, April 3, and 7.45am on Friday, April 4. A mobile phone and a wallet were also stolen.
Pc Simon Rogers, investigating, said: "This incident has caused the building site unnecessary inconvenience and disruption and I would appeal for anyone who saw the incident or knows anything about it to please come forward."
He also appealed to anyone who may have seen the tools - a Paslode nail gun and a Makita petrol saw - to get in touch on 0845 33 00 222 or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
