PARKINSON'S disease sufferers have been given a helping hand by the Herts Community Foundation. The charity has awarded the West Herts branch of the Parkinson's Disease Society £15,000 payable in three annual instalments. The money will go towards the cost of a community support worker for sufferers in the large area covered by the branch, which includes St Albans.
