Julian David Duggan passed away at home in Scotland on 17th December 2023, after a long illness. For many years a teacher at Marshalswick and Sandringham schools. A celebration of his life will be held at St. Stephen's church, St. Albans, Watling Street AL1 2PT, on Saturday 16th March 2024 at 1.30pm.
