You can start off with a choice from sumptuous dishes including Saumon Fum� (Scottish smoked salmon with lemon and chive creme fraiche and rye bread), Pat� de Foie de Volaille (potted chicken liver, truggle and Madeira pat� with fig chutney and baguette), Salade du Jardin D’Hiver (roasted butternut squash, red pepper and courgettes tossed with rocket roasted seeds and a spicy dressing), Tarte a l’Oignon et Ch�vre (puffy pastry tart filled with caramelised onions, roasted peppers and goat’s cheese on rocket) or Soupe de Panais (spiced roast parsnip and chestnut soup).

Then for your main course there is a selection of Dinde Rotie (roast turkey with a caramelised onion and sage stuffing, bacon wrapped chipolata, Brussels sprouts and thyme jus), Boeuf Bourguignon (classic beef stew with onions, mushrooms and bacon, braised in red wine and served with herb mash), Confit de Canard (crispy duck confit with braised red cabbage and thyme jus), Filet de Tilapia (fillet of tilapia fish steamed with leeks, peppers and thyme with a tarragon beurre blanc) or Gratin aux Epinards (spinach and pumpkin gratin with a pumpkin seed crust, and a flame-grilled pepper and tomato tapenade).

Winners can select a bottle of house wine for the table or a dessert each including Pudding de No�l (sticky toffee and date pudding with Armagnac cr�me Anglaise), Tarte au Citron (lemon tart with a sweet shortcrust pastry served with light creme fraiche), Tarte au Chocolat (rich chocolate tart with creme fraiche and warm strawberry sauce), Coupe Glac�e (sorbet selection with red fruit coulis) and Cr�me Br�l�e (classic caramelised cr�me br�l�e made with vanilla pods and cream).
