SIR – I was wondering whether the developers of Oaklands have planning permision for the considerable number of garish yellow direction signs which have suddenly appeared throughout the town centre? Has anybody from the council noticed them and can I adve

SIR - I was wondering whether the developers of Oaklands have planning permision for the considerable number of garish yellow direction signs which have suddenly appeared throughout the town centre?

Has anybody from the council noticed them and can I advertise my own business in the same way?
