SIR, - During the recent spell of snow many services - buses, trains, post, schools etc - were either brought to a standstill or severely reduced.
However, one service never faltered through all the mayhem. The management and staff at Redbourn Dairies never missed a delivery despite being out at the worst of time before dawn. It would appear that the humble electric milk float triumphed over the mighty 4x4.
Congratulations and many thanks to all for their sterling efforts.
