A house in St Albans was one of Zoopla’s most viewed property listings during October.

The four-bed Grade II listed cottage on Burydell Lane, Park Street, picked up 17,000 views on the property website last month.

Marketed by Strutt & Parker, the £975,000 home has period features aplenty, including asymmetric doorways, exposed brickwork and original fireplaces. Set amidst picturesque countryside, it also has a paddock and two garages.

A £3m, five-bed barn conversion in Solihull topped Zoopla’s list with 137,000 views, followed by a £3.75m, six-bed Georgian-style mansion in Poole (56,000).

An eight-bed, £22m home with pool and cinema in East Finchley, London was third (20,000) followed by the Park Street property.

This isn’t the first time a St Albans home has attracted a lot of interest on Zoopla – back in August, 53 The Park made that month’s top 10.
