A city centre office building is in the process of being converted into five apartments and one townhouse.

The development of Essex House on Victoria Street by St Albans-based Catton Homes is expected to be complete by early 2019.

It will include two one-bed apartments, two two-bed apartments, a two-bed penthouse and a three-bed townhouse. Each property will have its own secure parking space.

Essex House is located between the City station and the high street, close to the junction with Lattimore Road.
