A St Albans commercial property agent has picked up a prestigious industry award for the fifth consecutive year.
Matt Bowen, director of Aitchison Raffety's commercial agency team, was named Most Active Dealmaker for Hertfordshire 2019 by Estates Gazette.
The win came after he managed higher volumes of transactions in the county than any other commercial property agent.
Matt said: "It is a testament to the popularity of Hertfordshire as a location for all businesses that despite the Brexit 'effect', transaction numbers, rents and sale prices have remained steady, if not increasing for some property types/locations.
"Stock levels are still at a historically low level, however we are now starting to see some new commercial developments coming online. Due to our market presence and reputation we are dealing with a number of these new projects and look forward to the remainder of 2019".
