The apartment building will be built on the brownfield site to the west of the station and town centre at 6 Watford Road, a five-minute walk from Radlett High Street.

JTP’s proposals comprise 10 two and three-bed apartments, which will be set among the retained trees and hedges to create a communal garden, in addition to private green space for all residents.

All homes will be dual aspect and generous in size, with wrought iron detailing to the balconies and terraces and stone detailing to the gable parapets.

Several tones of brick will be used for variation along the façade and underground parking will be available for cars and bikes.
