The ground floor of the Butlers Yard development on Drovers Way will soon house a gym.
The 2,500 sq ft commercial space sits between the empty BHS building and the Premier Inn, beneath 14 luxury apartments.
Most of the apartments sold off plan in 2016 and have been occupied for some time.
The commercial space is currently being fitted out, according to selling agent Aitchison Raffety, though the gym’s opening date is still to be confirmed.
