A brand new selection of one and two-bedroom apartments is about to be launched in Watford and Apsley.

The Hertfordshire Collection will be released for sale by Howarth Homes on Friday July 8 at the De Vere Hotel, Hunton Bridge.

Properties will be available to purchase off plan, with solicitors present at the launch to enable buyers to exchange contracts on the day.

Both developments will include contemporary, fully-fitted kitchens, white bathroom suites and private residents’ parking.

Aspects is located a short walk from Watford North station, providing train travel to Euston in just 26 minutes, while junction 5 of the M1 is less than a mile away.

Reflections is situated in the regeneration zone alongside the Grand Union Canal, a few minutes on foot from Apsley station. Trains into Euston take 28 minutes, and road access to the M25 and M1 is within three miles.

Agents The Cameron Group believe that The Hertfordshire Collection provides the potential for impressive capital growth; completions aren’t due until 2018, but the apartments are available to buy at today’s prices, starting from £199,995.

Linzie Howland, Head of Sales at Howarth Homes, said: “The Hertfordshire Collection will meet the demand for quality new build apartments in the area. The apartments are competitively priced, and have been designed to appeal to both owner-occupiers and investors.”
