Almost half of a new-build development in St Albans has been reserved in its opening weekend.
The marketing suite and show home at Ellenbrook Meadows, Oaklands Lane, were such a hit during Saturday’s launch that six buyers reserved plots. The luxury development of three and four bedroom executive homes is on the outskirts of town, towards Hatfield.
Surrounded by countryside, with a tree-lined meadow and play area on site, developer Crest Nicholson describes Ellenbrook Meadows as the “epitome of secluded, luxury living”.
While the combination of a contemporary interior and traditional-looking exterior has won over half a dozen buyers, there are still eight properties up for grabs.
Priced from £675,000 to £1,075,000 the first homes are set for completion this summer.
