Ashtons have been awarded Gold for Best East of England Estate Agency 2015 in association with The Sunday Times and The Times.
Sponsored by Zoopla Property Group, the prestigious awards ceremony, now in its 13th year, was held on Friday 4th December at The Lancaster London Hotel.
The awards have become widely recognised within the property world and with over 6,000 offices represented this year, it was the biggest awards ceremony to date.
Award winners were decided following a rigorous and thorough judging process by a panel of 20 industry experts who assessed initial entry submissions before conducting an extensive review of the entrants, which included over 150 hours of telephone interviews and independent mystery shopping exercises. The whole of the judging process was overseen by The Property Ombudsman, Christopher Hamer, and Gerry Fitzjohn, VP of The Property Ombudsman acted as Arbiter.
Ashtons Managing Director, Karl Judd said, “I’m delighted for everyone in the company who has worked so hard to win what is widely acknowledged as the most prestigious award in the industry. This endorses the values we hold at Ashtons, a business built upon exceptional levels of consistent client service, provided by a team of motivated and energised people all of whom are experts in their local markets, continually striving to do better. It is a fantastic achievement.”
