Sales have been agreed on all of the 14 residential apartments at 55 Victoria Street, St Albans.
Marketed by Bradford & Howley, the one and two-bed flats – which are arranged over a commercial space – ranged in price from £325,000 to £515,000.
Four of the sales are yet to complete, but residents are already settling in to many of the other properties.
“People started moving in in the last two to three weeks,” confirmed Andrew Bradford of Bradford & Howley. “It’s absolutely fantastic.”
