Local commercial property specialist Aitchison Raffety has been named as one of Hertfordshire’s most active agencies.
Industry bible Estates Gazette placed the group second in the Most Active Agents league table thanks to a recent increase in transactions.
Matt Bowen, Director at Aitchison Raffety, said: “In a challenging year for agents, this is most welcome news. We are proud to have a highly motivated and energetic team in place, and with hard work all round, we look forward to continued success for the remainder of 2017 and years to come.”
Commenting in general on the commercial market, Matt added: “The market has improved across all sectors over the last 12 months with industrial remaining a low volume market; retail, high street and prime locations have seen low vacancy levels and increased demand; and for offices, the increases have meant planning conversations are less viable. Due to shortage in stock where an available property suits more than one company, best bids even on leases is becoming more common”.
Aitchison Raffety provides a full range of commercial property services with offices in London, Birmingham, Manchester and the counties of Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Middlesex, Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire.
