SIR, — I read with some sadness that the continuous painting of the Forth Railway Bridge is due to cease in four years. Should the painters be looking for an alternative job for life , may I suggest they consider joining the team responsible for cleaning
SIR, - I read with some sadness that the continuous painting of the Forth Railway Bridge is due to cease in four years. Should the painters be looking for an alternative "job for life", may I suggest they consider joining the team responsible for cleaning the paving stones along St Peter's Street, St Albans? They could even use their own brushes.
