SIR, - I refer to the letter from Pat Leishman (Herts Advertiser, May 15) headlined "Missing cyclists". Pat's puzzlement at not seeing the number of cyclists on the road commensurate with the number of cycles sold by her local retailer is quite easily resolved. Try looking on the footpaths - that's where most cyclists ride.
