SIR, - The other day I gazed out from my Holywell Hill office window at the retail wasteland that was once St Albans city centre. I took my pick from the various vacant properties and found the perfect site for a potential shop - something for the trendy middle-aged man (rather like myself). Yes a gentlemen's outfitter that caters for the market mid-way between the charity shops and D. Copperfield Esq.
So I've got the location and I've even got the name: Over the Hill! Now all I need is the cash to pay the exorbitant rent and rates.
