SIR – With reference to the old oak tree so unfortunately felled at The Quadrant, Marshalswick, old oaks are invariably hollow and this is not a sign of disease. I sincerely hope that Bartlett tree surgeons have a good reason for felling this 400-year-ol
SIR - With reference to the old oak tree so unfortunately felled at The Quadrant, Marshalswick, old oaks are invariably hollow and this is not a sign of disease.
I sincerely hope that Bartlett tree surgeons have a good reason for felling this 400-year-old tree or they have truly commited a cardinal sin.
