SIR - Having read your article on Wheathampstead children not receiving a ranked school place (Herts Advertiser, April 17), I feel I must draw your attention to Kimpton. Our daughter was given Heathcote in Stevenage although it is closing. Sir John Lawes is our nearest school and despite our eldest spending seven years there and only leaving last summer, we were refused.
Not quite sure how she will get there and back yet. Perhaps the two buses and train route or Stelios could see a gap in the market and open a new Easy route.
