SIR, - I couldn't recognise the situations on rubbish collection described in last week's letters. Having returned from a trip I found my black bin uncollected from the previous week. I assumed this was as a result of the snow debacle as my general experience has been of consistent and prompt collections.
Last Thursday - the normal day - the green bin, recycling boxes and the previously-uncollected black bin were cleared. Surely I can't be alone in experiencing a normally very efficient collection service.
