SIR, - I suggest a reason for the small response to the St Albans Urban Transport Plan (Herts Advertiser, July 3) is that Herts County Council has disbanded the St Albans Transport Forum.
This forum, of which I was a member, used to meet regularly and discuss transport issues in St Albans. It was run by Herts Highways. After a change of staff in Herts Highways it was decided to disband the forum.
