SIR - I am trying to locate the children's home I was in from 1949-1950. It was a large house with a big lawn, a driveway which was hedged by rhododendrons, and the address I had was the National Children's Home, Harpenden, Herts.
If anyone can enlighten me I would like to see the place again.
