SIR, - On Monday, July 7, I arrived at Radlett Station at 6pm to find four ticket inspectors and four policemen. Given that First Capital Connect (FCC) have difficulty running a service without daily disruption and given the crime statistics in Herts, I would be grateful to know why both organisations are wasting valuable resources in this way.
