SIR - After the letters of protest to the Herts Advertiser last November following the council's decision not to allow Paton's Book Fair to take its time-honoured place in the Old White Town Hall during the weeks leading up to Christmas, I was delighted to see that this year the book fair is back in its old haunts again with as big a selection of bargains as ever.
